    4. A Reiki Practitioner Works With The Chakras Or Areas Of Specific Pain. There Is No Need For Hands On Contact; However, Each Practitioner Works Differently.
    5. A Pillow Is Placed Under Your Neck Or Knees If You Want. (This Helps Take Pressure Off Of The Spine)
    6. A Tissue Can Be Placed Over Your Eyes So You Can Focus Inward.
    7. Enjoy Soft, Relaxing Music.
    8. You May Experience A Shift In Consciousness; This Is An Important Part Of Healing.
