Awaken to the Balance Within…
Bodywork
By honoring the body’s natural rhythms and optimal movement patterns as well as intuitively listening to the “story” of the tissue, these unique bodywork sessions will leave you feeling relaxed, rejuventated, and renewed. Opening the spirals of energy that become stagnant at the joints as well as releasing areas of stored physical and emotional tension serves to strengthen all functioning aspect of the human body, mind, and spirit. Often times the use of essential oils and crystals will be integrated into this work.
Cranio-Sacral Therapy
This gentle, non-invasive form of therapy is used to detect and balance restrictions in the craniosacral system which may result in issues such as chronic pain, headaches, infantile disorders, TMJ, learning disabilities, brain/spinal injuries and stress or tension related problems. CranioSacral Therapy boosts the body’s own healing abilities to address these and many other sensory, motor and neurological issues.
Reiki/Energy Healing
A gentle form of healing through the power of universal life force energy, Reiki/Energy Healing helps to remove and clear blockages as well as balance our energy fields. Stress reduction, relaxation, a sense of wholeness and reconnection with your inner self and increased feeling of well-being are just some of the benefits of this ancient art of healing. Another aspect of energy healing is the art of clearing spaces. Whether it is your home, office, or barn, by clearing and balancing the energies of the spaces we occupy, those spaces can begin to support us in the work we do there. Often times the use of essential oils and crystals will be integrated into this work
Shamanic Healing Techniques
Shamanism is one of the oldest know spiritual practices of healing. A shaman is one who, by shifting their state of conciousness, connects with compassionate loving spirits, offering help to those suffering pain from abuse, trauma, injury, etc. As a means of communication between ordinary and non-0rdinary reality, shamanism addresses the spiritual component of illness (both physical and mental). This spiritual component is often the missing link on the path to wellness.
